This private lesson is for students who have never tried aerials before, or have only been to a couple group intro classes. This 45 minute private allows for one on one time with a qualified instructor to safely move you through getting your feet off the ground.

Pricing is per person for semi-private lessons. We allow 2-3 people in each semi-private. Bring a friend or two to experience aerial arts together for the first time!

ALL skill levels welcome and NO experience is required! “Get Bent” Through the use of active, dynamic, static, and PNF flexibility training methods, students will be able to take their flexibility goals to the next level! Whether you are looking to gain better functional movement over all, push your aerial flexibility to the next level, or everything in between this class is for you! Each 55 minute class will focus on one to two muscle groups after an active warm-up.

90 minute workshop breaking down flexibility, body awareness, and weight transfer aspects of straddle press handstand.

90 minute workshop focusing on the anatomy of correct shoulder alignment, positioning, and a sensation based approach to shoulder mobility.

90 minute workshop stretching the upper back, shoulders, hips and legs. Assisted stretching, spotting and more!

90 minute workshop introducing a series of active release exercises for various muscle groups through out the entire body using stretching tools.

If you are NOT currently attending classes at Elevated Aerials, you must contact us at info@elevated-aerials.com to get approval to participate in Open Gym. Open Gym is the perfect time for our students to practice what they've learned in class.

Students will learn the building blocks to begin your exploration on the lyra (also known as aerial hoop), as well as gain strength and body awareness through conditioning.
