Flexibility

“Get Bent” Through the use of active, dynamic, static, and PNF flexibility training methods, students will be able to take their flexibility goals to the next level! Weather you are looking to gain better functional movement over all, push your aerial flexibility to the next level, or everything in between this class is for you! Each 55 minute class will focus on one to two muscle groups after an active warm-up. This class may be strictly floor based OR the aerial slings/silks may be used to assist in stretching using aerial yoga style exercises.

We like to keep our class size small to increase one on one time with the instructors and encourage safe practices so be sure to sign up in advance as we do not accept walk ins!

*If only one student is registered, this class may be canceled or shortened to a 30 minute private lesson. If the class is canceled, you will be notified via email. If a student is more than 15 minutes late to class, they may sit and observe class but will not be allow to participate.

Prerequisites:

ALL skill levels welcome and NO experience is required!
