“Get Bent” Through the use of active, dynamic, static, and PNF flexibility training methods, students will be able to take their flexibility goals to the next level! Whether you are looking to gain better functional movement over all, push your aerial flexibility to the next level, or everything in between this class is for you! Each 55 minute class will focus on one to two muscle groups after an active warm-up. This class may be strictly floor based OR the aerial slings/silks may be used to assist in stretching using aerial yoga style exercises.
We like to keep our class size small to increase one on one time with the instructors and encourage safe practices so be sure to sign up in advance as we do not accept walk ins!
*If less than 3 students are registered, this class may be canceled. If the class is canceled, you will be notified via email. Please be sure to check your email before leaving for class.
*If the "event is full" you may purchase a pass or plan for this class and then register for the waitlist. If we have a cancellation, you will be automatically enrolled and will be notified via email no less than 1 hour before the start of class. If you purchase a pass or plan for this class, register for the waitlist and are not enrolled in class, you may use that pass or plan for another class.
*Registration closes 24 hours prior to class start.
Prerequisites:
ALL skill levels welcome and NO experience is required! All genders, shapes, sizes, welcome!
*We teach ages 12+. If you're under the age of 18 you must have a legal guardian present during your aerial training with us.
