Low Sling: Feel Goods

In this 55 minute class we'll stretch, move freely, restore and relax on the floor while we utilize a low hanging sling for support. Getting the body moving in a gentle and explorative way! This is a great class to supplement a hard working month. Taking a break from form and moving in a way that feels beneficial for YOUR body.

We like to keep our class size small to increase one on one time with the instructors and encourage safe practices so be sure to sign up in advance as we do not accept walk ins!

*If less than 3 students are registered, this class may be canceled. If the class is canceled, you will be notified via email. Please be sure to check your email before leaving for class.

*If the "event is full" you may purchase a pass or plan for this class and then register for the waitlist. If we have a cancellation, you will be automatically enrolled and will be notified via email no less than 1 hour before the start of class. If you purchase a pass or plan for this class, register for the waitlist and are not enrolled in class, you may use that pass or plan for another class.

Prerequisites:

No experience required, all skill levels are welcome. However, we do highly suggest registering for some of our "Intro to Aerial" classes as a prerequisite.

*We teach ages 12+. If you're under the age of 18 you must have a legal guardian present during your aerial training with us.
