We are located directly behind the Taft brewery in Swift Movement Studio. Look for the huge 4460 sign on W Mitchell Ave! Pull in the gated drive and follow the signs to unit #6 in the back. We are based out of Swift Movement Studio during the warmer months (April 1-November 30).

NO aerial experience is required! This 55 minute class is meant for complete beginners! We will work on basic skills and conditioning on sling. This is the perfect introduction to aerials before signing up for one of our level 1 classes. Learn the basics while working low to the ground. This private lesson is for students who have never tried aerials before, or have only been to a couple group intro classes. This 45 minute private allows for one on one time with a qualified instructor to safely move you through getting your feet off the ground.

Intro to Sling: Semi-Private Lesson $70 per appointment Purchase required to enroll

We allow 2-3 people in each semi-private. Bring a friend or two to experience aerial arts together for the first time!

Intro to Lyra: Private Lesson $40 per appointment Purchase required to enroll

This private lesson is for students who have never tried aerials before, or have only been to a couple group intro classes. This 45 minute private allows for one on one time with a qualified instructor to safely move you through getting your feet off the ground.

ALL skill levels welcome and NO experience is required! “Get Bent” Through the use of active, dynamic, static, and PNF flexibility training methods, students will be able to take their flexibility goals to the next level! Whether you are looking to gain better functional movement over all, push your aerial flexibility to the next level, or everything in between this class is for you! Each 55 minute class will focus on one to two muscle groups after an active warm-up.

Aerialography $25 per class From $22 per visit with Intro to Aerials, L1 & Aerialography - 8 pack pass Purchase required to enroll

This class is for students looking to explore movement of all styles and all apparatuses, both on and off the floor. Aerialists of all levels are welcome! If you're new to aerials, we recommend checking out our Intro to Aerial classes before signing up for this class!

Low Sling: Feel Goods $15 per class From $13 per visit with Flex, Feel Goods & Open Gym - 6 pack pass Purchase required to enroll

In this 55 minute class we'll stretch, move freely, restore and relax on the floor while we utilize a low hanging sling for support. No experience required. However, we do highly suggest registering for some of our "Intro to Aerial" classes as a prerequisite.


Sound Bath: Floor $44 Purchase required to enroll

Tisa and Bruce of SoulShine Warriors’ will bring us Healing Sound Bath Concerts; using ancient instruments such as gongs, crystal singing bowls and a variety of other unique instruments from around the world. Sound is one of the oldest forms of healing and has been used by nearly every culture for thousands of years.

Prerequisites: Must have participated in Teardrop 101, be comfortable with aerial inverts, mounts, wraps and have prior aerial experience.
