This private lesson is for students who have never tried aerials before, or have only been to a couple group intro classes. This 45 minute private allows for one on one time with a qualified instructor to safely move you through getting your feet off the ground.

Pricing is per person for semi-private lessons. We allow 2-3 people in each semi-private. Bring a friend or two to experience aerial arts together for the first time!

ALL skill levels welcome and NO experience is required! “Get Bent” Through the use of active, dynamic, static, and PNF flexibility training methods, students will be able to take their flexibility goals to the next level! Whether you are looking to gain better functional movement over all, push your aerial flexibility to the next level, or everything in between this class is for you! Each 55 minute class will focus on one to two muscle groups after an active warm-up.

Come get fit with us in this 45 minute fast paced class! ALL skill levels are welcome.
Prerequisites: Students must have attended a minimum of 6 Intro to Aerial classes with us in order to participate in our Aerial Fit classes.

If you are NOT currently attending classes at Elevated Aerials, you must contact us at info@elevated-aerials.com to get approval to participate in Open Gym. Open Gym is the perfect time for our students to practice what they've learned in class.

Students will learn the building blocks to begin your exploration on the lyra (also known as aerial hoop), as well as gain strength and body awareness through conditioning.

This workshop consists of FOUR 75 minute classes! We will meet once a week for four weeks (same time, same place). Students will learn skills on the lyra (also known as aerial hoop), as well as gain strength and flexibility through conditioning.

****If workshop does not make minimum participants, it will be combined with Level 3 lyra at 6pm to make a level 2/3 workshop. Students will be notified 24 hours before start of workshop if this occurs.***

This workshop consists of FOUR 75 minute classes! We will meet once a week for four consecutive weeks (same time, same place). Students will learn and review foundational skills, conditioning and sequences on the aerial silks (AKA aerial fabric or split tails), improving their strength, flexibility, and movement intentionality along the way.

This workshop consists of FOUR 75 minute classes! We will meet once a week for four consecutive weeks (same time, same place). Students will begin to build their repertoire of skills, branching out into more advanced drops, sequences, and conditioning on the aerial silks (AKA split tails or fabric) while continuing to develop their movement intentionality and exploring their personal style in the air.
