Intro to Lyra: Private Lesson

This private lesson is for students who have never tried aerials before, or have only been to intro classes. This 45 minute private allows for one on one time with a qualified instructor to safely move you through getting your feet off the ground.

We will work on basic skills and conditioning on the aerial hoop, also known as Lyra. This is the perfect introduction to aerials before signing up for one of our Level 1 workshops. Learn the basics while working low to the ground, and establish core skills for later advancing to our aerial workshop classes.

*If you do not see availability at any of our locations, please send us a message and let us know which apparatus you're interested in learning (we teach silks, sling and lyra). We'll add you to our waitlist where your instructor will contact you when they have private lesson openings.*

*We teach ages 12+. If you're under the age of 18 you must have a legal guardian present during your aerial training with us.
