ALL skill levels welcome and NO experience is required! “Get Bent” Through the use of active, dynamic, static, and PNF flexibility training methods, students will be able to take their flexibility goals to the next level! Whether you are looking to gain better functional movement over all, push your aerial flexibility to the next level, or everything in between this class is for you! Each 55 minute class will focus on one to two muscle groups after an active warm-up.
