Open Jam!
$30 per class
Purchase required to enroll
We had so much fun at showcase that we want to keep the party going... we left the sound set up so we could do an Open Jam! Similar to Open Gym, only with live music, some fun lights, lots of friends playing in the air & on the ground, sharing equipment & space together. This will run for two hours total. Bring yo flow toys or anything else you want to dance - we'll have multiple apparatuses hung to use at your leisure.
All of our regular Open Gym Rules Apply:
Open Gym is the perfect time for our students to practice what they’ve learned in class.
All General Rules apply at Open Gym! Please warm up properly, share the equipment, keep a mat under your apparatus at all times, be respectful and stay hydrated!
Instructors are NOT at open gym to teach. If you are unsure of a skill, please wait and ask in class later. You are only allowed to use equipment that you have been trained on by an instructor, and only at heights for which you have been approved.
Please, NO student coaching. Students may not teach other students any trick, drop or wrap during open gym. Please refrain from teaching yourself new skills from YouTube or any other video. This can be extremely dangerous. If you are interested in learning a specific trick in a video, you may email it to us at info@elevated-aerials.com and we will evaluate whether or not it is appropriate for your skill level. You may then schedule a private lesson or we may be able to teach it in a future class.
Pictures and videos are permitted and encouraged! However, please be respectful of your fellow aerial buddies, as they may not want to be the background star of your video… If others are in your view point, please ask permission, move the camera for a different angle, or just wait until they’re no longer in view.
Students are more than welcome to arrive 5-10 minutes early for Open Gym. If you arrive more than 10 minutes early, we kindly ask that you wait near the office while another aerial class is in session. You may have a seat on the wooden bleachers, hang out on the couch in the office or even begin stretching.

Prerequisites:
If you are NOT currently attending classes at Elevated Aerials, you must contact us to get approval to participate in Open Gym. Open gym is for our students to practice what they've learned in class. EA students receive first priority in booking. Providing there is room, once approved, one of our instructors will meet with you during the first 10 minutes of Open Gym to go over policies and test your skill level. If you do not pass the skill test, you will be sent home. We will ask that you take a class or two with us before returning to Open Gym. Sorry, but safety is our number one priority!
*We teach ages 12+. If you're under the age of 18, you must have a legal guardian present during your aerial training with us.
