Intro to Flexibility Training Workshop

This is a one and a half hour workshop with a short cardio warm up and conditioning exercises. Stretches for upper back, shoulders, hips and legs will be introduced using chairs, yoga blocks, and walls. The anatomy of a sensation based approach to stretching will be broken down to learn self awareness of why you feel the sensations you feel when stretching. Assisted stretching and spotting will be used.
This workshop is open to all levels.

*If less than 4 students are registered, this workshop will be canceled. If canceled, you will be notified via email no less than 48 hours before workshop start.

*We teach ages 12+. If you're under the age of 18 you must have a legal guardian present during your training with us.
