Sling: Level 1 $25 per class From $21 per visit with Class Pack - 12 pack pass Purchase required to enroll
In this 55 minute class students will learn and review foundational skills, conditioning and sequences on the aerial sling.

This workshop consists of FOUR 75 minute classes! We will meet once a week for four weeks (same time, same place). Students will learn skills, conditioning and sequences on the aerial sling.

Rent A Point is similar to Open Gym, a time to practice what you've learned in class. You choose the time you'd like to train! A great option for folks that may have unique schedules and are unable to make our Open Gyms but would still like to practice.
Lollipop: Love Notes $45 Purchase required to enroll
Love Notes will teach you poses and skills to form a sequence on the pop. Classes will be kept small to ensure maximum instructor attention. Prerequisites: No prior Lollipop experience needed! Level 1 students and up welcome.
Lollipop Workshop Series $120 Purchase required to enroll
This workshop consists of FOUR 75 minute classes! We will meet once a week for four weeks (same time, same place). 4 weeks will allow students time to learn extended sequences and more advanced skills involving the hoop and the pole.
