Sling: Beginner

Students will learn beginner skills required for aerial sling, as well as gain strength and flexibility through conditioning. In this class we will work on mounts, inverts, roll ups, and more! Weaving ourselves through, around and inside the fabric. Come ready to work hard and build strength!

We like to keep our class size small to increase one on one time with the instructors and encourage safe practices so be sure to sign up in advance as we do not accept walk ins!

*If only one student is registered, this class may be canceled or shortened to a 30 minute private lesson. If the class is canceled, you will be notified via email. If a student is more than 15 minutes late to class, they may sit and observe class but will not be allow to participate.

Prerequisites:
We require that students participate in at least one month of Intro to Aerials (4 classes) before signing up for our beginner sling class. Students must be able to perform a pull over to hips with sling at chest height before registering for this class. Not there yet? No problem! Please continue coming to our Intro to Aerials classes, we will help you get there. We also offer multiple Aerial Fit classes throughout the week as well which are designed to help you build the strength needed for aerials.

All genders, shapes and sizes, ages 12 and up are welcome!
