Aerial Fit Express

This is a 30 minute circuit based class that focuses on strengthening the body for aerial arts. We'll use multiple aerial apparatuses and floor based exercises in this fast paced full body work out. Come workout on our aerial equipment and get a taste of what is required to be an aerialist!

We like to keep our class size small to increase one on one time with the instructors and encourage safe practices so be sure to sign up in advance as we do not accept walk ins!

*If only one student is registered, this class may be canceled. If the class is canceled, you will be notified via email. If a student is more than 15 minutes late to class, they may sit and observe class but will not be allow to participate.

Prerequisites:

ALL skill levels welcome and NO aerial experience is required!

This is the perfect class for both beginners and advanced aerialists alike. If you've never taken an aerial class before and would like to see what it takes, this is the perfect class for you! Come try out our aerial equipment and get a feel for what it is like as an aerialist.
